Shop WorkBenchECOMMERCE RESEARCH APPLICATION

Data and account access

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026 · Applies to Shop WorkBench and workbench.flekora.com

Shop WorkBench is a business research application in development for cross-border ecommerce, operated by the owner of flekora.com. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, contact xingpeiyi8@gmail.com. The Google Ads API integration is in preparation; the descriptions below explain how it is designed to handle data when authorized and enabled.

1. Information processed

The application processes keywords and research questions entered by the operator, selected market and date filters, and research datasets the operator chooses to use. When connected to Google Ads, it processes the authorized customer account identifier, account currency, keyword search statistics, monthly historical search volumes, close variants, advertising competition and available bid or historical CPC statistics.

Authorization credentials, such as a service-account key or OAuth refresh token, are used on the operator-controlled server to obtain short-lived access tokens. This public website does not collect visitors’ Google credentials or provide a public Google sign-in flow.

2. Purposes

Data is used to answer requested keyword queries, display sources and scope, cache repeated queries, maintain selected research datasets and support business keyword research and advertising planning. Google data is not sold, used for unsolicited marketing, or used by this application to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

3. Storage and retention

The keyword service caches returned statistics in process memory for up to seven days; restarting an instance clears that cache. The Workbench client can save selected results as research datasets in operator-controlled storage. These saved datasets remain until the operator deletes them. Authorization credentials remain configured until they are removed or revoked.

Google credentials are not intentionally exposed in public pages, client-side code, source bundles or query results. Hosting providers may retain technical request metadata and security logs under their own retention settings.

4. Providers and optional AI analysis

Queries are sent to Google to obtain the requested Google Ads data. Cloudflare hosts these public informational pages and may process IP addresses, request metadata and security information to deliver and protect the website. The public pages do not include third-party advertising scripts or visitor analytics added by the application.

If the operator explicitly enables AI analysis in the Workbench application, selected research records may be sent to the operator-configured AI provider solely to produce the requested research output. Google authorization credentials are not included in those analysis records. The public website does not automatically transfer Google account data to an AI model.

Shop WorkBench’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

5. Revocation and deletion

The operator can stop access by removing the service account from Google Ads, revoking the OAuth grant in the Google account, or removing the service’s configured credentials. Revocation prevents future authorized access but does not automatically erase research datasets already saved by the operator. Those datasets must be deleted separately. Contact the operator using the address above for questions or deletion requests.

6. Changes and contact

Material changes to these practices will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Contact: xingpeiyi8@gmail.com.
